John Rodgers Family Papers which includes, "the 1830 agreement between Rodgers and Jacob Swimley regarding the building of a house in Washington, D.C." I wonder if that may have a floor plan? Someone more experienced with real research check out "Box 1: 17"
Has anyone contacted the Historical Society of Pennsylvania regarding the agreement between Rodgers and Swimley? There is a Research by Mail service available.
