Thank You Roger
The idea of "Robert Lincoln Presidential Confidant" seems novel. Wasn't AL's greatest loss of temper supposed to have occurred when RTL lost his inaugural address in Illinois in 61?
Fortunately for Robert the address was almost immediately found.

Tom, I've read several versions of the incident you mentioned. The various versions (locations) include it getting lost in Springfield, Cleveland, and Harrisburg. It's sort of like Lincoln's wrestling match with Jack Armstrong - exactly what happened during the match depends on what book you read.
One brief observation on C-SPAN 3: I don't think everyone gets it on their TV.
