The oft-told story is that Dr. Mary Edwards Walker was in attendance at the hanging of the Lincoln Conspirators. It was even mentioned in another topic. She doesn't appear in any of the photos. What's the source for this tidbit?

Also, did I miss something in the posting about Dr. Walker going to view the trial? I didn't see the date she attended.
