You are correct Joe. I only know this because I did extensive research on the flags of Fords Theater when I was a docent at the Pike County Historical Society in Milford, PA. In the trial testimony, Joseph Burroughs and Spangler were taking the partition out of the box while Harry Ford was hanging flags. Burroughs testified that a person named Skeggy worked as a stagehand.

This is the only reference to Skeggy that I think I have seen.
