Mr. Hess, a contributor here, sent me the picture that he colorized of Lewis Powell.
I think he did a darn good job!
I, would like to see more of the conspirators colorized.

I believe Weichman would be wearing yellow.

Great job by Mr. Hess.  How interesting.  The colors aren't accurate but that's ok.  It would defeat the purpose.

I gotta admit that I didn't do the colorization!!
I found it at the excellent Shorpy Historic Photo Archive-a site worth checking out, trust me!
Gotta say I was amazed to find the colorized pic of Powell which I immediatly sent to Randal

BTW, they also had a colorized pic of Lincoln circa 1865
